Hello, so.. this is my first post. Yes, I decided to start a blog because it's so much easier to
write recipes on the computer. (The first post is always so awkward..)I'll give it a try, not sure if I can keep it running all the time, depends on how much I have in school
(I have a LOT now but I more felt like stay up all night design a blog)
I'll start with a recipe of my fav acai bowl.
I could eat acai every morning if it wasn't expensive as f**k.
Peanut Butter Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
1 tbsp acai powder 1 tbsp pb2 (or 1 tbsp sugar free peanut butter)*
1 tsp coconut palm sugar
1/2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup quark or yoghurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (25g)
1/4 cup frozen blackberries (35g)
3 tbsp frozen mango (25g)
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Method: Slice a banana and freeze overnight.
Mix the banana in a mixer and then pour in the other frozen berries.
Add your quark/yoghurt and almond milk.
When it looks like a smoothie, add acai, chia, peanut butter, coconut sugar and cocoa and mix until everything is together.
Top with healthy sugar free granola and fresh fruit or berries, once you start you can't stop I promise you!
* you can use 1 serving (2 tbsp pb2) if you wish for a richer peanut taste.
